Quality Assurance
Lawrence County 4-H youth planning to exhibit a livestock project at the 2026 Lawrence County Fair must complete Quality Assurance. Quality Assurance must be complete by May 1st to be eligibile for Lawrence County Junior Fair exhibition.
- Lawrence County-Wide 4-H Quality Assurance (QA) Trainings
- March 24th, Symmes Valley Elementary School at 6:00pm
- March 31st, Symmes Valley High School at 3:00pm -or- 5:30pm
- April 19th, Symmes Creek Missionary Baptist Church at 2:00pm
Test-Out Tests will be available at the conclusion of each of the in-person options. Members must attend the full Quality Assurance training prior to being eligible to test out. Test-Outs are available for members 12 and older; once the member is 15 they must test again to test-out for their remaining years of eligibility.
If the in-person options, do not work for you YQCA will be accepted, but only for the 1-year training and certificates of completion must be emailed to fraley.171@osu.edu. YQCA does cost a minimum of $12.00. The training can be found here: YQCA – Youth for the Quality Care of Animals
