The Lawrence County Commissioners, in collaboration with county elected officials, are limiting public courthouse access to appointment only until further notice. All county government offices will be changing operations back to virtual meetings, email, telephone, and physical mail until it is deemed safe to fully reopen.

With the Lawrence County Courthouse closed to the public, the OSU Extension, Lawrence County Office has returned to our Telework Plan; meaning we will be available to you by calling 740-533-4322 or e-mailing us. If necessary, in-person appointments can be scheduled but individuals must call ahead, as we will not be physically staffing our office at this time. Our telework office hours remain 8:30-4:30pm, Monday - Friday.
