OSU Extension, Lawrence County has been working remotely for one month now and I read an article a few days ago challenging us to reach the “growth zone” during this unique time. Am I living in the here and now? Making the most out of each day or still just in a holding zone? I hope you all are with me in the here and now, living our current “new normal” the best we know how. Morgan’s Monday Motivation also challenged us in that way, so I hope tomorrow we see your Green through all your social media ways.

The wear your green challenge, sparked an idea… we are beginning our 2020 4-H T-Shirt Contest. Submit your t-shirt designs by May 1st at https://go.osu.edu/2020lawcotshirtdesign. The winner will receive a free t-shirt.

Ohio 4-H has issued the Cloverbud, Cloverbot Challenge for Cloverbuds to complete virtually. Visit Ohio 4-H Cloverbot Challenge for more information.

The Lawrence County FAQ has been updated for this week to include 4-H Project Book Coupon Codes, Helpful “How to Zoom”, and more.

Just in case you missed last week’s e-mail, Market Lamb, Goat, and Hog Tag In at the fairgrounds has been cancelled and all members must submit photos and information at http://go.osu.edu/2020LawrenceCountyLivestockID by Saturday, May 9th.

Don’t forget, if you have any questions, you can send them in anonymously. We will discuss them on our Tuesday at 2:00pm check-in meeting and add to our FAQ. As always, we are readily available to answer your questions anytime by calling 740-533-4322 or e-mailing Fraley.171@osu.edu or Matney.30@osu.edu
