OSU Extension - Lawrence County is working in collaboration with other county agencies to complete a Community Health Assessment.  As you may know, our county ranks 88th in the state (out of 88 counties) for health.  We'd like to change that, and we're asking Lawrence County residents 18 years of age and older to complete this survey.  We'll use the results of the survey to make a plan to help us become a healthier community with healthier residents.  The survey should only take a few moments to complete.  Thank you for your time.
