Dear Farmers; We will try to keep you updated on current issues and topics. Please let us know about any events you think may be of interest to people in Lawrence County and we will get the word out. I would especially like to mention the Southern Ohio Meat Goat Task Force is working to identify producers and potential producers in Southern Ohio. Please let our office know if you are a goat producer (I am interested in finding about all goat producers - meat, dairy, fiber). We would like to know how many head you have, the breeds and how you market your animals. You can give the information to me or Becky. We can also submit your name to the Task Force to receive their newsletter. Thank you for your help, and have a great fall! Laura Jane
